GetHuman-acarl: I was shocked the other night when I was watching Shark Tank and saw a product I have been using for
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-acarl: I was shocked the other night when I was watching Shark Tank and saw a product I have been using for ** years advertised as "new" and supported by Kickstarter! I bought my Nadachair ** years ago! I didn't realize you were allowed to ripoff someone else's ideas and sell them as your own. Sorry, you folks just lost all your credibility. Booo on you.

GetHuman-acarl: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-acarl: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kickstarter's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-acarl: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kickstarter customers?
GetHuman-acarl: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kickstarter to know who you are.
