~Kreso: Takes * days for support to answer. And rep addressed an issue that I didn't even have. I also explained in detail my problem, and attached screenshot of my problem but they never opened it. So they 'solved' something I didn't even ask for... And I have to wait * days between support emails. Pretty bad. My rep was Alfie (Jul ** ****).
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Kickstarter. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Kickstarter problem?
~Kreso: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kreso: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Kickstarter's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kreso: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Kickstarter customers?
~Kreso: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Kickstarter to know who you are.
