~Lindsey: These people are talking about that are making us customers number one. I do not see that happening when you are sitting on hold forever and when you DO get someone they act like they don't want to help you. I do not see how they have jobs with this kind of customer service. I mean REALLY? Then it took me forever to TRY to reach someone because the automatic system kept repeating it self over and over again and I got to the point where I threw my phone. If it wasn't for this page I would have never got through to anyone so the person that posted it THANKS!
