~Awful...!: Placed an order on dec** for *day delivery never got it. Delivery fee was credited. They told me item would be delivered item was lost..ups had item... Who knows asked to get a different hat I would pay difference they would say well let me note that.. Someone would call me...someone would call me.. Can I speak to manager ? They never would talk to me..then hey ups has your hat should have it by such and such...then I get email to refund my money finally this was a Christmas gift no big deal.. This company could never tell me anything except ways of putting me off . I would not even give them one star!!
