~Saphyre: This was my *rd call in * day to Logitech. The first call got me an operator who insisted that I plug the USB into my iPhone. I must have told him * times that I did not have an iPhone, we then got "disconnected". The *nd call got "disconnected" shortly after me telling him that I had already gone through most of the things he was telling me with the *st call. The *rd time I finally got a case number and an email with directions on scanning*sending the receipt for the wireless speaker (they no longer make that model, so I am supposedly getting the money back. I'll believe that when I see the check in the mail). This unit is under warranty but seeing as how it was bought in late ****, I hold very little hope in finding the receipt in my files.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Logitech. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Logitech problem?
~Saphyre: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Saphyre: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Logitech's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Saphyre: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Logitech customers?
~Saphyre: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Logitech to know who you are.
