GetHuman-340488: Couldn't understand non English speaking. Agent didn't listen , kept trying to give me a Marriott * hrs away. I gave the address of the Marriott I wanted. Kept having a lot of dead air during the conversation while supposedly looking up the Marriott I asked for . The conversation them went back to the Marriott that was * hrs away. Poor listening & communication skills. Very frustrating. I ended up calling direct to get my questioned answered. & booking on line ,
