~nancy murphy: i called to book * rooms in muscle shoals. i could barely understand the operator and he didn't understand me very well. he was very polite and nice. he wanted to know who would be staying in ea. room which didn't make sense since i wanted them all in my name. it took quite a while to explain that and he went on to get the names. after the first name he put me on hold for about ** min. coming back with a confirmation number and wanting the *nd name. after more explanation he put me on hold for about ** min. i hung up and called back wanting everything cancelled. had to go through everything with her and i ended up having to give her all of the names so she could cancel them in individual names. both operators said they would send email conformation of which i never received. i would not ever stay at a marriott if i had to depend on this reservation number. i ended up calling the hotel itself. to make reservations. the whole process with the reservation number probably to
