~L: This is the worst system ever!! You wait on hold forever then to talk to someone that cannot help you at all. After speaking with a supervisor and promised a call back and their "direct" line (which is not) and to get it resolved...I still have never heard back from the supervisor weeks later. I was promised a call back within **-** hours. Then finally called the main line waited on hold forever to be told you will get a call tomorrow. Did I get a call? Nope. Filed complaints with the attorney general's office as well as the governor. If we are going to have to pay a penalty for not having health insurance then Maryland Health Connection needs to be billed for every minute we wait on hold and waste our time. I have been actively trying since March **** to be health insurance and cannot because Maryland Health Connection is submitting the wrong paperwork to the insurance company.

~L: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~L: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Maryland Health Connection's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~L: For that I would say four out of five.
