~anonymous: i finished my app in Jan. Didn't get any email notices they required something else. Logged on needed to upload again. Did that. Didn't get any emails, phone calls, mail. Figured out that once I re-uploaded, documents I had to go thru the application again. Coverage didn't start until april!!!!! Livid to say the least.
