~Sam: I have a bad bearing too anonymous, after * years. The first Maytag rep. never offered me a warranty*service offer. I was asked to call back with my serial *. I called the next day & after being offered to buy some warranty service I said I had an appt. with a Maytag authorized repair shop the same one they gave me. She took the offer away and said they couldn't help because it was out of warranty. Well I will never buy a Whirlpool product again.

~Sam: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~Sam: For that I would say one out of five.
