GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Maytag customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Dawn: while I do not personally own one of these products, my company does and while trying to obtain an owner's manual that should be on site, I was led to two different websites to download the manual. However, the sites only offer a parts manual and an installation manual, NOT an owner's manual. So, I call back only to get told that I need to contact the place of purchase. This machine has been on site a while and I have no idea where it was purchased. Wouldn't you think the Maytag company would have these things? Apparently, according to customer service, commercial products are handled differently, wouldn't ya know. With this experience, I will not buy their products for my own personal use after this.

~Dawn: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Dawn: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Maytag's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Dawn: For that I would say one out of five.

~Dawn: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Maytag to know who you are.
