GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-rhoeup2: My car is only * years old with ***** miles the vvt chain was acting up and I research it and it turned out it was know. To Mazda to have a pin problem causing the chains to get loose and there was no recall or nothing. A law suit was filed and Mazda acknowledge knowing the part in a lot of car was bad but didn't do anything to fix it. At ***** miles my timing belt just snap and can't drive my car . I got a family of * who's depending on me to get to work and now I can't if you can find it in your heart please help a man and his family out...
