GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-rnuetze: The TCS is anything but intuitive. We have not been able to get traction on our driveway which is a steep hill. Our earlier **** Mazda Mellenia worked flawlessly. This newer system which also applies brakes just causes the car to more or less stop. So we back down the driveway and take our **** Mazda * and get a good run at the hill. So what are we doing wrong? I forgot to add this only happens when the pavement is a bit slick.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Mazda. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Mazda problem?
GetHuman-rnuetze: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-rnuetze: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Mazda's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-rnuetze: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Mazda customers?
GetHuman-rnuetze: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Mazda to know who you are.
