~LividLauren: I just have a simple password issue on my laptop, I get told by a representative the the problem is my version of Windows that I am currently using, and that I needed to pay a total of ***.** plus tax to get my password issue resolved, not once did she show a little bit of empathy, I then asked if there were any other options considering it a simple password issue and that paying over a $*** dollars was a little ridiculous, without even taking a breath or attempting to troubleshoot she told me that it was my only option, I then asked for a supervisor due to the poor customer service I was experience, needless to say after waiting ** mins. for a supervisor I was hung up on.. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
