~RJkingie@aol.com: I have been an Emerald Club member since ****.*It is next to impossible to rent from you. You ask for the name of the airline I am flying. But you won't let me put it in even though it is requried. I called your phone * and I got a busy signal twice, a "click" that cut off my call twice, and simply silence once. If you are providing this kind of service to you Emerald Club clients God help someone that is trying you for the first time. I am ready to go to another national car rental company.
