GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's O'Charley's, Inc. customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~AConcernedCustomer: The service at O'Charley's is excellent. We have no complaints about the servers. However, the manager Todd, displayed very bad behavior on Wed, April **, ****. He yelled, slammed doors, hit the table, and actually cursed at a server, who was attempting to find out what he wanted her to do. His exact words to her were "shut the **** up," "shut the **** up!" This was done in front of customers and does not represent O'Charley's well. This type of behavior is childish and immature. It actually looked like this manager is mentally disturbed and in need of counseling. His behavior was not just a normal reaction, his problems are much deeper and people are being hurt by him. As the manager*leader, he is suppose to set the example for others. What happened on *-**-** did not illustrate maturity or leadership capabilities. I would suggest that he take advantage of the psychological counseling O'Charley's offers before he continues to do more harm to others.

~AConcernedCustomer: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.

~AConcernedCustomer: For that I would say two out of five.
