GetHuman-368728: We waited for an hour with a reservation for ** people that was placed * days ago. After being seated we only had a few people that were asked if they wanted an appetizer. After seeing some with appetizers others wanted to order some since they were never asked. After receiving appetizer within ** seconds we received our meal ( or should I say some received their meal) as the waitress dropped a tray with * meals on it. We waited again for food. When the bill came I handed her a $** off $** order ( our bulk was $**.**) . She came back & said they could not accept the coupon because it was free pie Wednesday. I believe we were due some compensation for poor service but we're willing to pay the bill with the usage of the coupon but we're not allowed to do so. Thus us very, very poor customer service & satisfaction & we will not be back due to this poor service.
