~Repot the Office Depot: Absolutely horrible customer service! I will never buy another thing from Office Depot. Long story short, ordered a product online and it said it would ship in *-* business days......its been almost * month and I still don't have what I ordered. It is impossible to get a straight answer out of any of them. All I wanted to know was where my product was, why hadn't it shipped and when could I expect it. After * weeks of the run around all they say is that it was back ordered and there is nothing they can do they are at the mercy of their supplier. I have talked with warehouse staff, online customer service reps, I have chatted with a customer service rep, I have called a local store, and now I have talked with "someone" from the corporate office. A big company like this sure makes absolutely NO attempt to retain their customers. I will do all my future shopping on NewEgg. Do not order anything online with Office Depot*Max, you will regret it!!
