My exchange of the wrong item purchased is being delivered to me.*It is amazing to me how people get to be managers and cannot see the benefit of returning customers. I understand that some people are cons but not your registered business partners!*At any rate, problem solved.*Hope others don't suffer what I did. It cost time which equals money to stopped and search for someone to solve your problem.
