GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/26/17?
GetHuman-nicoley: Yesterday i went to your store and I was very displeased with several things. I'm not one to usually complain but the old navy store i went to i wasn't happy with.*I went to women's jeans section and it looked as if very jean was pulled out and shoved back in. It was a mess, it took me forever to find my size and i myself was pulling out the jeans and shoving them back into the jean wall due to all the disorganization there was. I went to the dressing room and * employees were discussing how their job sucked and how they could get another job and make so much more money. Also that were treated unfairly at the store. I wasn't the only customer in the dressing room. That made your employees look very unprofessional* but also made it look bad on your store and how your treat your employees. As i was waiting in line I grabbed an impulse buy, the elf under eye make up. As the cashier was checking me out I stated don't forget my make up in my bag, she said she wouldn't. I get home check my bag and my make up isn't in the bag. It wouldn't be a big deal for me to go back up to the store but I suffer from a bad hip so walking far distant is really painful for me. Overall as a customer and a old navy card holder I'm very upset how my visit went reason being I'm emailing you. Thank you for your time and hope my next visit is way better then this one.
