~GSC95351: I called this company ** times over a two month period and always ended up in VERY long waits ending up with "No one is available leave a voicemail." I also tried online chat which as soon as I logged on it went to "No agent is avilable" and let me leave a text message. NO RESPONSE EVER!!! Then I disputed the charges with my credit card company and lo and behold I got a call the next day saying they would take care of the problem AFTER I sent an email stating there was no credit card dispute.
