~trotter: Beware the attempt to get you to cancel and rebook your ticket for any typing or booking error. This is a great way of making sure you lose all your payment (except tax)! Check with the airlines & they'll tell you a minimal service charge (if that) will rectify the error. Poor form Opodo and misleading information at best. Staff I spoke to were very rude. There are better booking options out there and chances are that if they can find cheap fares through the airlines, you can too.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Opodo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Opodo problem?
~trotter: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~trotter: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Opodo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~trotter: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Opodo customers?
~trotter: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Opodo to know who you are.
