~Mariama: It would be easier to talk to God than an Opodo customer service personnel. It took me * weeks of trying to speak to them about a complaint. eventually I had to be crafty and call the Bookings Dept to get them to put me through to Complaints. Guess what ? The bookings Dept answered within * seconds. Go figure
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Opodo. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Opodo problem?
~Mariama: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Mariama: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Opodo's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Mariama: For that I would say three out of five.

~Mariama: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Opodo to know who you are.
