GetHuman-123556: Absolutely horrible service!!! i sent my toothbrush in for a warranty repair...It's been * months now and I've called everyday for the past * weeks. They show that they've received it but nobody has any info. They constantly place you on hold for hours and transfer you call back and forth. This company has the worst customer service I've ever dealt with and the most clueless staff!!! They've stolen my toothbrush and wont return it or give me any info!!!
