GetHuman-441277: Called to replace Blackberry (Broken roller ball). Told I would be called back. No call. Called them again. Arranged delivery. Got reference *. No show on delivery. Called Back. Nobody wanted reference number so why give it? Each agent very nice, but repeated my details * times with each transfer. Told they were awaiting authorisation from my company. Why didn't they call me to say that instead of me waiting all day? Then delivery next day without any problem.
