GetHuman-74744: The service is great once you get a person.*The voicemail tree is utter ******** and it was only on my third try I could get a person. Still better than waiting *** minutes on hold for the IRS but, ****, its impossible to get a human without "lying" about getting a "request for information". Like, yeah, I got a request for information - not from Oregon, but from my accountant. And I need to speak to somebody to figure it out. GRRRRRRRRRRRRR.***I think *********** will get you in. Or four *s. I had to enter my SSN the first time but I'm not entirely sure that is necessary. The trick is claiming you had a "Request for information".
