~Mad: They way they responded was great! But... My phone broke, INSIDE THE OTTERBOX!!! I was super mad. and they can't do anything about except ask me if the Otterbox was fine. They can't do anything about your now broken phone... ugh.

~Mad: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
