GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-summerro: I just called to see if I could replace my phone case and I had the best costumer service! I think the guys name was Travis. He asked me about how the weather was and he was very nice. I typically have anxiety about making these types of calls but it was quick and pain free and the guy was unexpectedly extremely nice and helpful. I just wanted to make sure someone recognized what a job-well-done it was. THANKS TRAVIS!

GetHuman-summerro: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
