~jay jay: today at **:** am I Called otterbox customer service to address a problem I had about my phone when a young lady by the name of "lynia" answered i explained to her my situation she thought is was fine to belittle me, degrade me and talk to me like some third class citizen over the phone like I didn't know english as if she owned the company talking to me as if I was her target. Ive been a customer for over a decade with my phone provider been at my job for over sixteen years working in customer service with the postal service never in my life would I talk to people in the manner in which she talk to me had me feel like i didn't need no cell phone at all because of the customer service I received by her.who wants to call about a problem and hear someone disrespecting them over the phone she not only represented herself but this company as well. The smartest thing I did was request a supervisor she put me on hold for about Fifteen minute luckily I had three way calling on my phone from t
