GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's PECO Energy customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-110358: No one would answer. Trying to get a status on a power outage and there is no way to do it through there system even though they claim there is. The prompts used above never got to a person and then disconnected automatically. Their status on counties is inaccurate as well. Reporting an emergeny can only be done automated and there has yet to have any customer service folks answer a phone. They are not prepared well for emergencies if their systems do up work as promised and no one answers a phone nor can you get to a person.

GetHuman-110358: For that I would say two out of five.
