GetHuman-406399: i had to call peco * times todayi spoke to cal in billing,nasha,miss more and another person.all of these people were rude and unfriendly.these people go too fast,cut you off when talking,do not listen to stated reasons that you are contacting peco.all of the people i contacted today did seem to be afro american and thier sloppy command of english language was a disgrace.to say i recieved over rushed bad incompetant rude "service" which was counterproductive and insulting i believe is accurate.i was also told that it was impossible to speak to a manager and i would be called back within ** hours.the aforementioned is unacceptable.i can understand why employees perform like this when a manager can not be immeniately contacted to correct them.peco needs to monitor employees conversations and reorient*train thier people so efficient,mannerly ,friendly communications are re-established with customers.
