WAITING TIMES ARE OUTRAGEOUS, INFORMATION CHANGES, THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION TO PASS ALONG AND I AM SORRY WAITNG FOR ALMOST A WEEK TO REPAIR DOWNEDLINES IS INDICATIVE OF INSUFFICIENT RESOURCES, AND THEIR FUNDAMENTAL DISREGARD FOR THEIR FIDUCIARY RESPONSIBILITY TO PROACTIVELY MAINTAIN THEIR TRANSMISSION LINES SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN. SEE YOU IN COURT !!!!!
