GetHuman-294562: Much longer than wait time shown on web site to be fair it was a holiday period-black friday. Their website is in error and assistance with same was inadequate as positive spirit and good manners are not an adequate substitute for IT knowledge. Overall sent close to an hour on * calls and now waiting a referral call back. As a result have gone back to regular paper billing and payment. Find entire experience to be typical of a marketing smiley face approach one size fits all that is as with almost all companies inadequate and frustrating.
