~Larry: I've called four times now to get an answer on my account and yet to get an answer. Talked to a manager today and I will bet I do not get a call back.

~Larry: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Larry: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Payflex.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Larry: For that I would say five out of five.
