~dyb: Their system is abysmal. I submitted a EOB on Weds and they took * days to determine and notify me that they did not accept it as satisfactory. Their phone system message says to wait ** hours for a response on EOB submission but I had to wait *** hours(* days).

~dyb: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
