GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Priority Club customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Traveler: The representative did try to help with problem. She was courtesous, but did have a strong foreign accent that was difficult to understand at times. She understood my problem but was not really able to fix it. We had been receiving another Priority Club member's email in addition to ours. She ck'd and both accounts had my email on them. She suggested I change MY email, but I stressed the problem was with the other account. She tried to phone other member but did not reach him. Put on hold. Again she suggest I change my email address on file. A supervisor was able to suspend the other member's account until they could verify his information. Both polite but foreign accents to deal with.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Priority Club. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Priority Club problem?
~Traveler: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Traveler: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Priority Club's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Traveler: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Priority Club customers?
~Traveler: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Priority Club to know who you are.
