NO ONE HAS CONTACTED ME BY PHONE...TALKED TO SEVERAL REPS...AFTER WAITING ON HOLD FOR ** MINUTES YESTERDAY NOTHING HAS BEEN RESOLVED.**Dear Progress Energy Customer,**Thank you for contacting Progress Energy Carolinas. We apologize for any inconvenience to you. A review of your account shows that only one payment in the amount of $***.** was processed via easy pay.
