~mNasser: Very disappointed with new marketing scheme progress energy tried to pull on me. After opening a new account, the rep said "hold on for confirmation". They then forwarded the call to another person. That other person asks for your information and then starts offering you all type of 'services'. Progress Energy never tells you they are transferring you to a third party company to scam you.

~mNasser: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
