GetHuman-241347: After I FINALLY got through the electronic **** ("I'm sorry, that ss number is not valid"* "I'm sorry that's not an option"**and * did NOT get me an operator!), I got Paul who spoke very well and was helpful. First go-round with Angela got me an e-mail with the totally incorrect name, address, etc. pre-printed on it! Had to call back and go through the whole rigamarole!*Horrible!
