~furious Sue: I phoned.Spoke to a representative that told me he would connect me to the appropriate section. Waited. Various options eventually gave me other options. After a protacted wait I went for "Unable to connect you at this moment. However we can keep your place in the queue and we will phone you back at no expense to yourself. Still waiting * days later.Good job I didn't hold my breath. Still trying to contact them!!!! Very poor service. All I want is an application form and info on the alternatives. Not rocket science!!!!
