~because themes: Automated female voice asks very stupid questions over and over as well as asking for your social security number (yeah, right, I'm going to give an automated voice my SS*!!). I will try your ** suggestion on gethuman.com, thank you. The lady who helped me (Angela) once I got a human was polite and helpful but to get to her was a nightmare and has been EVERY time I try to call Prudential. You wish to Pete that the CEO, etc. of Prudential was made to "try" to get through their ***** then we'd see some changes on the phone, I'll bet by gosh and by golly!!
