GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ptel Mobile customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~noscreenname: My balance ran out, so I topped up. It recognized my new balance was positive, but my calls still either went to Ptel, or gave me "all circuits busy." This happened last time I had to top up too. The agent fixed it, but told me there's nothing she can do to prevent it from happening next time (it has happened every time since I've been on Ptel).
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ptel Mobile. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ptel Mobile problem?
~noscreenname: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~noscreenname: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ptel Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~noscreenname: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ptel Mobile customers?
~noscreenname: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ptel Mobile to know who you are.
