GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-billerm: I had scheduled to have Internet installed they quoted my husband *** dollars for all of it. They get here and say it's an additional ** for the router they didn't tell us about. The guy starts working on installingit and he said he wwould go back to the store and see what was going on i asked him to hook it up and install it he climbed the tower and left. I called the store and they want to put me off for another day. Here's a news flash when your scheduled to install it you don't leave when the customer tells you they want it installed and have store say they will reschedule for another day news flash want it done today as scheduled. Never had this kind of none sense from an Internet provider this whole situation is bs it needs to be hooked up today as scheduled he should of never took it down and left in the first place i am on fire pissed off
