~DTC: I'm paying for nothing and they have no way for me to get help about it this is very upsetting I'm paying for something that I have no access to

~DTC: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~DTC: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Rhapsody.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~DTC: For that I would say four out of five.
