Our development team will work research on this and will do the needful.**However, If you have any issue with Rhapsody, please reply back to this email with the exact issue you are facing for better assistance.**-Cathy**JOHN PAULY**Jul ** **:** AM**No telephone tech support on weekend is very poor customer service. I would not recommend Rhapsody to anyone based on the poor telephone customer support. I'm betting Rhapsody is going to miss out on many new customers because of this short coming.
