GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-vensent: problem continues after * weeks. poor customer service, don't return calls when promised, can't speak English well enough to be understood or to understand the issue. Hang ups, disconnect, discontinued tickets all with continuous calls and emails. Thinking seriously about discontinuing service after more than * years.
