GetHuman-440803: Paid ** dollars for next day delivery! They didn't ship until the following day even though Pharis in Customer service said they would ship same day! When I called back and spoke to Pharis again, she completely denied making that statement even though the phone call was recorded. Filing a complaint with the BBB.
