GetHuman-313542: The first time I called Ryobi they sent me to a dealership to service my products, and now two months later the dealership tells me they are not the correct channel for resolving the issue.**I called Ryobi back, clearly unhappy and a bit hostile. The representative completely matched my negativity. They were just as impatient with me as I was with them. **They told me I can take my products to Home Depot to be fixed. Why they didn't tell me that in the first place is beyond my comprehension. **Very poor customer service. All around unhappy with the service at this point.
