~eye runs: I bought the XT hydration pack and the top zipper busted during a race, spilling all my items over the next half mile. Called and was told to take it to my retailer, they would send it in, see if it was a manufacturer defect and issue me credit if it was. Too much work for me, I bought it online, and he suggested I find a local authorized dealer and then take it to them for warranty replacement. Since I don't feel like doing all of this work to get them to honor their own warranty I will instead call AMEX and have them deal with Salomon as it will only take a single phone call to get my money back and AMEX will tell me to just throw out the old pack.
