~Paxton: Basically I have called and called. Everyone at Samsung seems to be helpful on the phone but it has been * weeks and my refrigerator is still not working. One of their local service providers tried to have us pay for labor that was covered under warranty and took weeks to order the proper part after inspecting our refrigerator. The appliance quit working three days after the repair. Guess what, they can come back in three weeks. Samsung told us they would review the case and possibly give us our money back but surprise, surprise the super helpful person in their customer service did not send in the proper info so after waiting * days for this verdict, we have to wait * more days. I was told I could not speak to a supervisor and no one will give their last name, but everything was taken care of. Do not buy Samsung. They may have a good product but if something goes wrong, they will not take responsibility.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Samsung. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Samsung problem?
~Paxton: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Paxton: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Paxton: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Samsung customers?
~Paxton: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
